Semi private seating. Good wait staff. Good place for a quality steak. Large portions. You shouldn't go home hungry.

Good good, not many choices but well cooked, typical steakhouse, I am not sure about the prices but they seem to be right for the area

The service was fairly good.The dishes (18oz bone-in ribeye) were a bit overcooked, and a bit too salty. Also, the meat was not uniformly cooked. Other than that, it was great.So overall a good place to grab a bite, but a bit too expensive for what you get.

This place was pretty good! Our server Kelly was super sweet and helpful! The food was decent and the atmosphere was pretty calm. It reminded me of an older Western restaurant. We got a lot of food for $45 because they were doing a promotion, it's usually $70. I don't think I would spend $70 on the food, $45 was a good price. We did get a TON of food and free refills.

Even though the restaurant was almost empty, the service was extremely slow, both for taking our orders and for delivering our choices. They served the child in our party first but got part of her order wrong. Signature potatoes were delicious, chicken OK. Not many main dish choices for anyone not big on beef. Pricey for the quality. The decor was nice and the room quiet. The waitress was very nice and hard-working. The problems were no fault of hers. I heard the restaurant is closing soon; I am not surprised.

Surprisingly very good steak. Prices are very reasonable. Ordered the filet and lobster and the lobster here is large and beautiful. It's nothing like Outback Steakhouse where you get a large shrimp cut in half. Black Angus actually has very large lobster tails. Well worth the money. I hadn't been here in years, I will definitely return.

We have been coming here since we were both very young, and it's always a great experience. Delicious, good size portions cooked the way you ask. Friendly, prompt service. Great for special occasions, and date night. Everything we ordered was good!!

Service is awesome, food is fine too. Seats are not really convenient.

Avoid this place ... Vegetables are passed and no more green, everything is still frozen. When you ask manager if he ready to eat himself the food he said no, but you still have to paid and it's overpriced.To absolutely AVOID.

Food was great, mixed drinks were top notch (Strawberry puree & Rum. Honestly, best mixed drink I've ever had) server (Thalia) was Amazing, very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable on the menu, quick to help people (not just us either. She was prompt with everyone). The hostess was very rude though, to the point where we almost walked out (Intentionally ignoring us when we tried to talk to her upon walking in, needlessly making us wait, general bad attitude, ignoring us as we were leaving). I'm glad we didnt walk out though, because the rest of the experience was great!

Experience was overall interesting. I wish there was a way to review about my server versus the restaurant. But I definitely would take a moment to say to my server was amazing very prompt very funny on point and very consistent with his customer service. But sadly they'll be closing and everybody is getting distributed to a new location. Never been to Black Angus was my first time and honestly it wasn't impressed pared the size of pretty bland, my lobster tail was over-seasoned, and my wild rice was dry. We are in shrimp cocktail and it literally was a mason jar with iceberg lettuce at the bottom shrimp around the top and a container of cocktail sauce. Now I don't think I would have been mad if you guys could dressed my lettuce so I can eat it but nope food for the rabbits . My cocktail beverage tastes like juice but I have to say the best part of my experience was the bread LOL the bread was delicious so they open up a bakery I'll be interested in buying that bread.

The restaurant itself is clean, and the staff is nice. The food is good, but it's absolutely not worth the high prices. It's well cooked but very plain. Drinks are the same run-of-the-mill stuff you can find at any Applebees or Chili's. I'll probably go again, because my wife loves it, and as I said, the staff is nice. I don't see what she sees in it, but to each their own. I'm giving it four stars just because of the service.

High quality steak with reasonable price and good service

Don't know when they became so bad with their foods and services. We have been back to the same black Angus every once awhile. We kept going back because they are decent until this time. We ordered prime ribs medium well but came out completely well done. Only 1/3 prime ribs we ordered prepared right. In addition, the waitress served us wasn't very friendly even a 10 years old could tell she want quite happy at the time. That night was pack of people and chance may be she was too overwhelmed. One thing worth to mention is that the manager was very welcome to replace 2 of the overbooked prime ribs after my by wife told the manager.

Most of the time I would mark four or five stars but tonight service was very, very, slow. We were a group of 9 out to celebrate my birthday (Thanks for the birthday deal)!The servers were very friendly and kind . I don't know where the holdup was regarding getting served as the restaurant wasn't full but it was there. Regarding the food, no complaints! Everything was delicious!

The food is good, staff is nice but there are so many things that don't work. I came here couple of times in the last years and right or was ok. Since it's been a long time since our last time here, we decided to give it another shot. Conclusion: it's worse then before.I always had to wait 50-60 min before getting my food -very hard to keep kids happy for such a long when they just want to have their dinner. Service is always forgetting something or mixing tables. And during this last visit, I got the impression value for money has significantly decreased (less quantity for sure, for perhaps higher price).I didn't give 1 star because the food is good and staff is friendly.I will certainly won't come back

I don't go here often but the food's always very solid, service is typically very good. And they always have good deals/coupons that are an exceptional value... such as the Campfire Feast for Two. Just a tier below the best of restaurants.

Service can sometimes be a little slow but we love the food. We go at least once a month because we love the food, thr waitresses and watching the games.

Only reason this doesn't get a 1 star is the patience I witnessed from the lady/hostess greeting at the front door with an impatient customer who'd butted in line to complain about the wait. On that note, if you take reservations, a restaurant shouldn't overbook to where the overcrowded waiting area is full of people who'd reserved a table, but were all told there would be a 40+ minute wait. . Something terribly wrong must've happened (as surely this doesn't regularly happen. . ) but regardless I won't be back. It's pretty disappointing to have a nice evening planned in advance, only to get there and have this happen. Luckily another restaurant nearby had open seats, so my wife and I were still able to have a pleasant date night.

Enjoyed our campfire meal for 2 here. The comfortable seating at the bar was a plus for us. They have lots of TVs to watch whatever game was on. Service in the kitchen was a little backed up on this particular night, but our server was kindly updating us and serving our meal as soon as it was ready. Great meal and service.

Good food and great customer service. Both my husband and I ordered steaks and the server asked us to cut into them before she left to ensure we were happy with the cook of them. A very proactive approach to make sure we were happy with our meal.

For our first time at Black Angus, we had the $45 coupon for the $65 special for 2! My wife did not get her meat cooked the way that she requested it so they gave her an entire new plate of food with the new slab of meat! She got to keep her first two sides and got two more!! Mariela was our waitress and she kept our water glass filled while exercising excellent customer service!! We will definitely return at a later date!!

Food was good....I haven't been to this Resturant in 30 years. It brought back allot of memories visiting this place... I really liked the $10 corkage fee...

Obviously, the reason you should go here is for the steak and they do a good, but not omg amazing job at that part (one of our steaks was underdone) and the rest of the experience was good as well - service was attentive and the selection of sides was really good. We had a coupon for free lobster tails with a steak meal and, to be honest, they weren't great. Maybe the lobster tails you pay for are better though.

The medium well steaks are tender and the lobster tail is soft. The bread is very tasty. We went there during weekend lunch hour, so not many people. We enjoyed the atmosphere with light music. It's relative quiet, a good place for chatting and relaxing. With a coupon, the fall trio is only 19.99, a very good deal!

Ventured into Black Angus today after trying out Outback yesterday.We ordered the 2 pax deal. It came with an appetizer, 4 sides 2 entrees and 1 dessert.We had Jumbo shrimp for appetizer,The appetizer, Jumbo Shrimp is good and fresh. We had soups, taste marvelous! Greens are so-so. The Entrees we had are the rib prime and new york in medium. The rib is overcooked to almost medium well, the new york is acceptable.Carrot cake is one dessert you should not skip, it is fabulous!

The chocolate cake was amazing and came with a pitcher of fudge.

All in all, it was decent. Had the 16oz ribeye and I definitely enjoyed my meal. Although the steak arrived super fast, it was slightly overcooked and looked more like a medium than the medium rare I asked for. I was asked twice of the meal as ok, and indeed it was good medium steak. I preferred not to bring up the cooking level for no real reason. Although at some point a waitresses talked loudly over the bar near me, stuff was overall friendly. Prices are fair (30$ for a 16oz ribeye), however they have a "3% surcharge" due to "recent increases in minimum wage" which seemed off to me. Of course this isn't mentioned anyplace but in the final bill.

Whenever we come, we always get the campfire feast for two. Coupons can be typically found if you subscribe to their email, as well in the snail mail. The quality can be hit or miss, they're not the most consistent of restaurants, but there's enough food to definitely spread across a couple of meals. Great deal of the food is cooked well, a little disappointing if it's not. Service can also be up and down, sometimes, the food comes out fast, sometimes, can take a while.

We've been here twice. My boyfriend ordered ribeye steak for the first time and I had salmon salad. The portions were huge. I took half of my salad packed as a takeout. Both meals were very good. For the second time we were smarter and decided to share the meal. One ribeye steak with two baked potatoes for 2 of us were perfectly enough. Would definitely come back.
